
What shipping methods are available?
All orders are shipped fully insured with reliable international couriers such as UPS or FedEx Priority. Each timepiece is carefully packaged to ensure safe transport and will require a personal signature upon delivery. For clients in the Amsterdam area we also offer the option to collect the watch directly in our boutique.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we serve clients all over the world. Every international shipment is sent insured and with track & trace. Please be aware that local customs authorities may charge import duties or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary per country. We are happy to assist with the documentation to make the process as smooth as possible.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Delivery times depend on your location. Within the Netherlands you can usually expect your order within 1–2 business days. Shipments within the European Union typically arrive in 1–3 business days. For destinations outside the EU the average transit time is 2–7 business days, depending on customs procedures. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure bank transfers, major credit and debit cards, and encrypted online payment links. In our Amsterdam boutique you may also pay by PIN or cash (within the legal limits in the Netherlands). For higher-value purchases we generally recommend bank transfer due to speed and security.
Can I return a watch after purchase?
For online purchases we offer a 14-day return policy. The watch must be returned in unworn condition, with all accessories and documentation supplied at the time of sale. For purchases made in-store returns are not standard, but we will always work with you to find a satisfactory solution should any issue arise.
Is it possible to reserve a watch?
Yes, we can reserve a watch for you with a deposit. The standard reservation period is 7 days, though longer periods may be available upon request. This ensures that the piece is held exclusively for you while you finalize your decision or travel arrangements.
Can I trade in or consign my watch?
Yes. We purchase watches directly and also offer a consignment service where we sell your watch on your behalf. Our experts will provide a transparent valuation based on market data, condition and provenance. Simply complete our online form or visit our boutique for a confidential consultation.
