We all know Cartier is a master of design, and the Santos is one of their most iconic creations. Introduced in 1904, it was the first wristwatch specifically designed for men, blending form and function in a way only Cartier can.

What you see here is a special version: the Santos-Dumont reference 96061, also known as the "Deux Ors." This name refers to the beautiful combination of an  yellow gold case with a white gold bezel.

Inside, you'll find the legendary FP21 manual winding movement, a slim, reliable masterpiece used by many prestigious brands. Its compact dimensions allow the case to remain “extra-plat,” or ultra-thin.

The dial shows some cracking, which developed naturally over the years. We chose to preserve it in its original condition because of the rare “Paris” signature at the 6 o’clock position, a clear sign that this watch was sold at Cartier’s legendary boutique on Place Vendôme in Paris.

It comes fitted with a gently worn brown Cartier strap and the original 18K gold Cartier deployant clasp. When you acquire this watch, you're welcome to choose a Cartier strap of your preference.
