AUTOMATIC TANK
The Tank is a timeless classic in Cartier’s lineup, rich with history. While most Tank models are found in small or medium sizes and are powered by quartz or manual movements, Cartier introduced a larger version with an automatic movement in the 1970s—and this is one of them.
On the case back, you’ll notice a bubble, designed to allow space for the rotor to move freely. The dial was replaced during a Cartier service, which is why you'll see the "Swiss Made" marking at the 6 o’clock position. The case measures 28 x 35 mm, making it a perfect fit for those with a larger wrist. It’s paired with a suede strap from our own collection, complete with the original 18k yellow gold Cartier buckle.
The watch comes with Cartier Service Papers.
