The Patek Philippe Calatrava....the ultimate classic. In our opinion, it's quite unfortunate that Patek Philippe no longer offers any classic-sized Calatrava's in their current collection. Fortunately for you, we will continue to offer them.
The Patek Philippe Calatrava 3919 in yellow gold is a classic dress watch with a design that has remained largely unchanged since its release in 1985. The 33mm case, crafted in 18k yellow gold, is slim and well-proportioned, making it ideal for formal wear.
Its most recognizable feature is the hobnail bezel, a fine guilloché pattern sometimes referred to as "Clous de Paris." The white dial is clean and balanced, with crisp black Roman numerals and a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock. The black leaf-shaped hands are understated and easy to read against the white background.
Inside the watch is the manual-wind caliber 215 PS, a reliable and finely finished movement known for its slim profile. There’s no date function, no lume, and no modern extras. Just a simple, well-made time-only watch.
The watch is fitted with a black alligator leather strap and a matching yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle.
