However this particular example is a little different than a regular 1803. The 1803’s all come with the famous so called ‘Pie-Pan’ dial, but finding one with a white is dial becoming harder every single day. The production quantity of white dials were very scarce back in the days, but this one isn’t a regular white dial either. Look closely. 

Yes, this particular example features a white dial complimented by an Arabic minute track with red quarters. It’s an aesthetic twist that Rolex only made for a very short period. This Rolex Day-Date dates back to 1972 and is exactly how we like to find them. The dial is spotless, bracelet shows no stretch and the case is very strong.
