Additionally, Bernheim's contributions extended beyond agriculture; he played a pioneering role in aviation within the region, delivering essential humanitarian aid to those in need.

In recognition of his altruistic endeavors, Don Eduardo was bestowed with Chilean nationality by the Senate of the Republic of Chile in 2011, a testament to his enduring legacy of service and dedication to others.
