CLASSIC DIVER
Founded in 1926 by Rolex founder Hans Wilsdorf, Tudor was created to offer high quality watches for a more affordable price than Rolex. Vintage Tudors often had a Rolex Oyster case and bracelet to offer the same quality standards as Rolex watches from that period. To save costs, the movements were not produced in house but by ETA. This is why from a distance it is hard to tell the difference between both brands, especially on vintage examples.
This Tudor Submariner from 1989 we are presenting to you ticks all the boxes. It has a matte dial, aluminum bezel insert, plexi glass, tritium, mercedes hands, you name it. The Tudor Submariner is definitely a cool vintage dive watch for an interesting price. The stainless steel case and bracelet in combination with the black dial and bezel insert also make super versatile as an everyday watch.
It comes as watch only.
